We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our Commercial Real Estate Agents with a wide range of marketing activities. This role is essential in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring our agents have the tools they need to succeed. The assignment will be for approximately 10 months.

This is a temporary, full-time, non-exempt (hourly), in-office position - not remote or work from home

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing Support: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our commercial real estate listings and services.
  • Proposal Creation: Design and produce compelling proposals to attract and secure new clients.
  • Presentation Development: Create engaging and professional presentations for client meetings and internal purposes.
  • Social Media Graphics: Design and manage graphics for social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute various events, including company sponsorships, networking events, and company gatherings.
  • Agent Sign Creation: Oversee the design and production of signs and promotional materials for our agents.
  • MLS Data Upload: Accurately upload and maintain property listings on Multiple Listing Services (MLS).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
