CIMSOFT is looking for a highly creative, driven, and curious individual to join our Marketing team for a maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of staying on longer. The candidate can be located in Montreal or Toronto but must be bilingual.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will closely collaborate with the Marketing Manager and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to design and execute effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness in our region and generate leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented and organized. You can work and coordinate with different departments and take on multiple projects with competing deadlines.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE LOOK LIKE AT CIMSOFT?

Strategic Planning

  • Participate in the development of the Marketing plan.
  • Participate in the brainstorming of new and creative growth strategies.
  • Participate in yearly marketing budget and reporting.

Digital Marketing

  • Develop, implement, and lead paid media strategy for various channels, including Google Ads, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
  • Define, analyze and optimize on important metrics for paid media performance. Provide regular campaign reports on KPIs, overall return on advertising spend and make recommendations to help shape future marketing initiatives.
  • Execute projects with the team to create content.
  • Work with Marketing manager to bring the most effective ads to market.
  • Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed.
  • Stay up to date with the latest paid media best practices and technologies. Brainstorm and collaborate with internal teams on new ideas and tactics.

Events and special projects

  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to execute digital and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, and road shows (planning, implementation, promotion, event day activity, and post event analysis)

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bilingual, proficient in both French and English.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with writing various marketing materials, such as website copy, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Creative mind.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements.
  • Solid experience with marketing applications such as Web analytics, Google Ads, etc.
  • Proficient in content creation, email marketing and paid social advertising.
  • Demonstratable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot, an asset.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools, preferred.
