JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Role and responsibilities :

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for a variety of IT and business positions, from reviewing applications to on-boarding.
• Executing behavioral interviewing techniques to conduct interviews to hire top talent.
• Optimize recruitment: develop and maintain a candidate pipeline, anticipate needs and maintain excellent relationships with potential candidates.
• Coordinating the various activities and priorities related to recruitment.
• Promote and participate in various events and networking activities (Job fairs, campus recruiting, etc.).
• Participate in the ongoing implementation of good recruitment practices with your team members.
• Stay inform of new sourcing approaches, trends and techniques to be competitive and innovate in our recruitment practices.

Qualifications and experience :

• Post-secondary education with an emphasis in Human Resources or a combination of experience in related fields;
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years in recruitment and selection in the IT consultation field;
• Proven track record in high volume recruitment;
• Experience working with multiple sourcing strategies, including an excellent knowledge of recruiting and social networking tools;
• Experience with immigration records will be considered an asset;
• Have an established network will be considered an asset;
• Excellent oral and written communication skillsin English; French communication skills is an asset;
• Excellent negotiation skills
