We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Manager of Marketing to lead and oversee our marketing initiatives. As the Manager of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for several brands that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and contribute to achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to drive brand differentiation and growth.

Team Leadership:

  • Providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Campaign Management:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and more.
  • Helps shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience.
  • Develop marketing messaging and copy to position the campaign.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Uphold and enhance the brand's reputation and recognition in the market.

Digital Marketing:

  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative digital strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.

Content Strategy:

  • Proven track record in developing compelling positioning, hooks, and angles that cut through market clutter.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's branding, marketing goals, and target audience needs. This includes conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, creating a content calendar, and ensuring a cohesive narrative across all platforms.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine content creation, distribution, and promotion strategies. Use analytics tools to track content performance and audience engagement, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the content strategy supports and is integrated with product launches, marketing campaigns, and other company initiatives. Drive innovation in content formats and mediums to engage audiences at every touchpoint, from social media and blogs to video and beyond, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and make informed recommendations for improvement.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve optimal results and ROI.

Education & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing management with a track record of successfully leading marketing initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Proficient in utilizing and leveraging AI tools.
