This is a full-time position for candidates located within drive time of our Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

Key Actions of the Role

• Work with clients in a variety of industries to execute new projects and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with the Executive Creative Director and Client Leadership Team
• Create, develop and implement brand marketing and creative strategies for use across multiple media platforms
• Work with team members to ensure budgets are being kept or adjusted, along with timelines and deliverables
• Lead meetings with the branding team to define the brand strategy and positioning for projects
• Develop original brand identities and detailed guidelines
• Archive all files to Candybox Google Drives on a weekly basis
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidence when presenting
• Make revisions, based on ECD/Client Leadership/Client feedback, in a timely manner
• Deliver brand assets to client as defined by the scope of work
• Resolve project challenges and roadblocks to ensure success
• Develop new and innovative ideas and programs that customers can use to build their brand and generate sales
• Stay on top of consumer, design and industry trends
• Ensure that all brand elements are on brief and connected to the brand strategy
• Review select projects when completed to identify opportunities for improvement
• Continuously improve all Candybox design processes to best serve the agency and our clients
• Participate in 1-on-1 check-ins and Quarterly Reviews with ECD as well as weekly team meetings
• Maintain up to date Toggl and Monday Boards as per department process requirements
