This is a full-time position for candidates located within drive time of our Studio in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

Key Actions of the Role

  • Work with clients in a variety of different industries to establish a schedule for inbound and outbound marketing automation services
  • Conduct client kick-off call and follow department questionnaire resulting in successful client onboarding
  • Setup Marketing Automation and sales automation systems for client accounts [includes, but not limited to: dashboard reporting, custom data property form fields, clean-up, tracking and deployment of sales enablement and marketing programs and activities that align with our business goals and objectives for both inbound and outbound marketing automation strategies]
  • Plan the CRM blueprint, the customer/prospect journey and a communication cadence
  • Present the blueprint to the client for revisions and approvals
  • Implement and execute the CRM blueprint
  • Create lists as requested using marketing segmentation, creating buyer personas, buyer journeys, lead scoring, etc.
  • Create templates and activate Marketing Automation modules to ensure the sales and marketing tools are fully utilized to optimize results for the client
  • Ensure confidentiality protocols are followed when working with sensitive data for clients
  • Analyse and report on analytical findings
  • Track and analyze leads and revenue on marketing channels
  • Perform optimizations to automation workflows and communication sequences to drive digital transformation, business growth and utilization of Marketing Automation
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of department processes and procedures to ensure adherence and compliance (CASL, PIPEDA, etc)
  • Where necessary, conduct ads analysis with the Campaigns Team
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation CRM functionality
  • Manage and provide monthly reports to clients
  • Maintain up-to-date Toggl and Monday Boards as per department process requirements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp and email automation/CRM tools
  • Relevant platform certification
  • Management skills
  • Understanding of inbound marketing, outbound marketing, landing pages and conversion tracking
  • Experience in design and image creation
  • Easily learn new software (reporting, tracking etc)
  • Proficient in an Apple and Google Drive environment
