From our hub in Montreal, we design and re-imagine modern, classically-cool and aesthetically-elevated collections of leather gloves, mittens and accessories that transition from mountain to city and back again—beautifully and effortlessly.

At Brume, winter is intrinsic to us as people. It’s integral to everything we love, and the core inspiration for everything we do. Our style staples are recognized for their clean, elegant lines and timeless appeal, balanced with outstanding warmth, comfort and performance.

 

Main responsabilities: 

  • Establish a sales strategy consistent with the company’s vision and mission
  • Develop a high-performance sales team (currently 6 agents) and guide them towards achieving ambitious objectives
  • Structure meetings with the target clients
  • Represent the company at events
  • Act as a brand ambassador
  • Share insights from the market and contribute to product development.

 

Skills and qualifications: 

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Experience in the sports or fashion field
  • Strong communication and negociation skills
  • Ability to travel (Canada and United States) as needed

This position can be a remote / hybrid position
