Marketing Graphics Specialist/ Brokerage Specialist

Job Description Summary

The Brokerage Specialist role reports to the Capital Markets Middle Market Team Leadership. The Brokerage Specialist will support the division leadership and broker teams working on special projects, presentations and property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners. Responsible for providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under strict deadlines using Adobe CC and InDesign

Job Description

Work with local brokers to drive direction and implementation of all marketing efforts as it pertains to promotion of specific listings

Design and format marketing materials including offering memorandums, property brochures, investment sale proposals, qualifications booklets, presentation boards, flyers, direct mail, e-blasts, postcards, tour books and event invitations

Create and coordinate initial listing presentations and broker opinion of value and marketing strategy booklets

Support requirements of incoming requests from fee-earners as it relates to creative support

Attend strategy sessions with Middle Market leadership, fee-earners and research as required

Develop materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions

Develop creative materials and perform the production and quality control of marketing collateral

Finalize creative pitches and/or proposals for distribution

Create marketing materials that adhere to comprehensive and detailed company brand standards

Design or apply standard templates to support the local business; update as necessary

Create maps to illustrate relevant information regarding the property being marketed

Create tables, charts, graphs, illustrations, and other visuals in a highly efficient manner

Demonstrate a high level of creative development and production skill

Managing creative requirements, expectations and deadlines for all projects

Communicate to brokers the priority, progress, deadlines and outstanding questions regularly

Background and Experience

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or applicable work experience

3+ years' experience in real estate or related field

Real Estate Licensed Preferred not required

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including creating and editing marketing materials

Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to set priorities and handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Understand, design, and use infographics and iconography to create effective visual communication

Experience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real estate background a plus
