  • Lead the strategy, management and execution for paid search, paid social and display channels to efficiently drive new and repeat customer growth
  • Improve performance for both branded and unbranded campaigns using industry best practices within established revenue, CPA and ROAS targets
  • Prospect new users through advanced targeting and bidding strategies
  • Daily monitoring of campaigns to ensure they are reaching the KPI targets
  • Track, record and report performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Provide actionable results-driven insights to optimize creative, messaging and value propositions for intelligent and creative re-targeting
  • Identify opportunities and risks through reporting and analyzing data, implementing solutions, measuring actions and tracking results
  • Implement testing initiatives in key areas such as ad creative and landing page messaging
  • Use data extensively to determine core metric benchmarks & evaluate against set targets
  • Keep up to date with new PPC and digital marketing industry developments
  • Work closely with other members of marketing team and agency partners to ensure proper planning, execution, evaluation and optimization of ongoing and new campaigns
  • Flexible and like to have FUN

COMPETENCIES:

  • Ideally, 7+ years of experience in SEM, display and social media marketing
  • Intellectually curious, love complex problems and have a demonstrated ability to excel in cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and online customer acquisition
  • Experienced in managing million-dollar media budgets to ensure proper allocation in accordance with target goals
  • Analytically driven, with proven success in translating data into insights and action (i.e. competitive analysis, keyword research)
  • How to build performance marketing automation strategies and Data Attribution Models
  • Substantial experience with website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics), bid management tools (i.e. DV360, Criteo, Campaign Manager) and FB Ads Manager
  • Understand multi-cell test/experiment design and execution
  • Team player with ability to work alone, with self-starter abilities to prioritize demands and manage expectations
