OVERVIEW:

The trade channel marketing coordinator will support the trade channel sales team in the execution and support of key trade initiatives such as the commercialization of NPD and other customer oriented initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the marketing liaison between marketing and trade sales in ensuring new displays and new product are in field including product samples and pods execution.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral pertaining to the trade channel such as brochures, spec sheets, POP and other materials required to sell the new product.
  • Work with brand managers to ensure collateral is on brand.
  • Provide all marketing content required by accounts to update their owned websites and systems.
  • Manage agencies and supplies pertaining to marketing materials to ensure a timely receipt of deliverables within assigned budgets.
  • Develop and manage the execution of swag.
  • Co-ordinate company-wide meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College/post-secondary education required
  • Bilingual (French/English) as asset
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel is required and essential
  • Basic MS Office (Word, Powerpoint)
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work independently while supporting various teams
  • Organized and structured
  • Right Attitude to do hard work
  • Ability to evaluate a problem and structure it into smaller pieces
  • Creativity to find and propose solutions to problems as they arise
  • Able work and collaborate cross-functionally
