In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies for Levi's® Direct to Consumer (DTC) Channels, retail and Ecommerce, that build brand equity and elevate the consumer experience while driving traffic, sales and conversion. You will also be responsible for delivering a leading omni-channel experience in the Canadian Marketplace. This role reports to the Brand Marketing Manager in Toronto.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Ecommerce

  • Accelerate growth and ensure optimal consumer experience on Levi.com. You will work in close partnership with the US-based Levi Strauss Americas (LSA) ecommerce team to execute site marketing, email marketing and demand generation for the Canadian marketplace
  • Build the seasonal site marketing strategy in collaboration with internal partners. Review seasonal global and LSA briefs to ensure that Canadian needs are met
  • Manage site creative development including localization of the push deck, monthly refreshes and promotional assets
  • Partner with the LSA email marketing team for content planning, creative development and opportunities to grow database
  • Align with the LSA demand generation team on strategy and partner for local executional support
  • Help optimize Levi.com through A/B testing, learning, and reporting. Monitor competitive landscape to identify industry trends and best practices

Retail

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of retail marketing programs and events across owned & operated mainline and outlet doors. Champion programming that elevates the consumer experience and makes Levi's® stores a destination
  • Develop new store opening strategies to launch with impact and foster brand loyalty (mainline, outlet and franchise)
  • Develop seasonal toolkit for store managers to localize programs for their markets to deepen community connection
  • Establish relationships and partner with landlord marketing teams to leverage mall promotional opportunities including paid/unpaid, evergreen/seasonal and store openings. Develop seasonal kit of parts to be leveraged across landlord owned channels. Evaluate new landlord opportunities and lead development
  • Manage Levi's® Store Franchisees with the development and execution of on-brand programs..
  • Partner with agencies (experiential, PR, social) to bring programs to life. Develop project briefs and manage programs
  • Recap, review, analyze and share out insights and KPIs on all marketing programs

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience including e-commerce, digital and program/event management
  • Strategy and management of integrated marketing programs
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google AdWords, Adobe Omniture and content management too
  • Experience working with multiple agency partners ?? ?? a plus.
