The Marketing Communication & CRM Manager will:

  • Lead generation of branding and thought leadership through content creation, planning and executing digital media calendars to help drive new consumer engagement and acquisition.
  • Manage Social CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms to generate, nurture and qualify leads
  • Lead the management and implementation of the organizational email strategy through a marketing automation platform
  • Implementation of complex drip campaigns, and lead scoring systems to increase nurture capacity and generate leads
  • Develop content strategy that is effectively mapped with the consumer's journey and path to purchase
  • Work with agencies to design, build and maintain social media editorial calendars, manage overall social presence, influencer campaigns, and any other outside-the-box digital campaigns to build digital presence
  • Develop A/B tests and provide actionable insights to improve email program performance on an ongoing basis
  • Work with brand teams to ensure content is loaded into DAM and Salsify systems and executed consistently across owned platforms
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Perform website administration for 4 key brands on Hybris platform, working local brand teams and global IT teams
  • Drive UX/UI and SEO strategy on brand sites
  • Manage advertising budget and lead media campaigns from planning to execution. Includes working alongside media agencies to develop media activation plans, set KPIs, monitor progress, optimize, and assess ROI
  • Provide actionable reporting within corporate dashboards and developing core KPI driven results


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or related field
  • 4+ years' experience in B2C direct marketing automation and content development
  • Experienced in marketing communication. with ability in managing and evaluating an agency for social platforms
  • Knowledge of CRM and campaign management
  • Demonstrated proficiency and technical acumen in multiple lead generation tactics (email, website, direct mail, SEO)
  • Strong attention to detail with a strong sense of curiosity
  • Excellent listening, verbal/written communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment
