We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing, Senior Associate to take on a new role within our Digital Marketing team at IGM. You will work closely with business partners across the IG Wealth Management and Mackenzie Investments marketing teams.

What you'll do day-to-day:

  • Work with brand teams and external agencies to develop and execute paid media strategies focused on acquisition and engagement metrics. (Search, display, and Social)
  • Define and execute user journey's across public and secure websites (audience creation, creative, and landing page experiences)
  • Collaborate with digital product and tech enablement teams to build traits and segments from multiple data sources
  • Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to develop creative and messaging to support campaigns and website experiences
  • Prioritize and implement SEO strategies and best practises to improve page and keyword ranking
  • Effectively communicate digital strategies and rationale for tactical approaches across digital activity
  • Use data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to ensure that KPI targets are met

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing or a relevant discipline
  • 5 years+ experience in digital marketing within financial services preferred
  • Possesses advanced knowledge of paid media digital channels
  • Search, Programmatic, Email, and Social
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Analytics, and/or Google Analytics and their application for measurement across the spectrum of digital marketing initiatives
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Project management skills combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Highly motivated individual with willingness to take initiative
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Nice to have: Media Agency experience in media platforms
