Capital Tile is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to work in our showroom.

You will be working in a non sales commission showroom where you help visitors choose tile for projects. You will work in an energetic culture with a highly successful team, but you will also need the initiative to work independently to meet our client's needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish a positive, ongoing relationship with clients
• Assist clients on product and design selection
• Create quotations and process sales orders
• Prepare and oversee clients projects
• Be an ambassador of our brand
• Continually review showroom to ensure professional and clean presentation of Capital Tile products

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to generate excitement and build trust
• Ability to interact and communicate well with a wide variety of people
• Strong administration and computer skills, including Quickbooks
• Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to difference paces, personalities and tasks
