Neo Financial is looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team in Calgary. This Marketing Director will be at the forefront of leading customer growth and engagement.

What you'll be doing:

• Craft and execute a strategic roadmap of marketing initiatives to drive the online and offline acquisition and retention of customers into the Neo platform
• Relentlessly work towards maximum customer acquisition
• Develop and execute campaigns from start to finish alongside marketing brief development, and day-to-day execution of campaigns
• Ensure marketing campaigns are tracked and measured appropriately to demonstrate effectiveness and allow for continuous optimization
• Work closely with the leadership team to support overall vision and strategy
• Oversee day to day operations and projects within the marketing teams
• Decipher the various touchpoints in the customer journey to determine attribution of marketing efforts that allows for ongoing insights and optimization
• Ensure all marketing programs are goal oriented and metric driven
• Maintain quality of design throughout the Neo brand and its various outlets

Who we're looking for:

• Extremely passionate about customer attraction
• Track record of success, intellectually curious and incredibly driven to succeed
• At least 4 years experience within marketing management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field
• Strong track record of successfully leading a team/projects
• Ability to lead and manage change
• Thrives in an analytical environment
