Our client is currently seeking several Business Analysts for a 1year project contract opportunity.

Education:

• Degree or Certification in Business Analysis, Process Management, or Business Administration.
• ITIL Service Management practitioner level certification. Must provide certificate.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• 10 years' experience working with or implementing the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) service delivery methodology in an information technology (IT) environment, with a focus on service level management.
• 5 years' experience in an analysis role facilitating business process analysis, redesign, and requirements gathering.
• 5 years' experience negotiating and developing written contracts with service definitions between organizations with a focus on detail.
• 5 years' experience in designing and negotiating Service Level Agreements with Service Level Targets and Operational Level Agreements. Experience should include facilitating stakeholder meetings for requirements and formal documentation of these agreements and targets.
• 3 years' experience performing analysis of information technology (IT) service offerings and developing service catalogues for IT organizations. Activities should include defining details, dependencies, and interfaces of customer-facing services in addition to defining governance of the service catalogue.
• 1 year of experience developing service level agreements between healthcare service providers. Examples should include validating services with stakeholders and drafting the actual service level agreements.
