The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Account Manager to join our team and become part of our success story. This role is responsible for aggressively growing the Metontec customer base. Ideal candidates will show strong sales and business background that enables them to successfully maintain relationships and advise customers on our solutions. A successful candidate will maintain active account management engagements with customers and prospects as well as consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Develop positive relationship with clients
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Selling our solutions to customers-
  • Lead the company to develop, align and deliver on measurable goals
  • Providing quotations and sales proposals in a timely manner to customers
  • Ensure that a forecast is maintained monthly
  • Ensure follow-up and effective engagement of sales lead generation
  • Review proposal and costing spreadsheets
  • Develop improvements to the processes of the department

QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years sales experience in B2B environments, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related environment.
  • Bachelor's degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Strong sales, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Engage with customers leveraging digital transformation and cloud computing scenarios.
  • Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of sales and technology teams
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks simultaneously and complete work within allocated time-frames
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and responsibility.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate for technology.
  • Ability to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Must be willing to do some travelling. A valid driver's license is required
