We are looking for a highly strategic sales leader to join our team as Director of Sales, Business Sales & Solutions. Reporting to the VP of Business Sales and Solutions, you will be accountable for generating projected revenues, profitable market share and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through the leadership, management and direction of a diverse, multi-location sales team. You will provide leadership of complex projects related to delivering customer solutions with accountability for project planning, implementation, administration, customer training and overall achievement of intended results. Responsible for providing expertise and support in the development and implementation of new technologies, this person will also be accountable to develop alliances, partnerships and business relationships Regionally, Nationally and Globally to maximize market share and revenues in a highly competitive environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

• Business Administration/Commerce degree. Equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered.
• A thorough knowledge of and considerable experience in marketing and sales practices, procedures and techniques are required.
