The mission of the Marketing Integration is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a leader within Marketing Integration, you will lead and motivate the team responsible for integrating teams within and outside of Marketing through centralized processes, methodologies, and communications. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and accountability by anticipating problems, identifying solutions, and constantly driving the Marketing team towards our mission. THE JOB

As Director, Marketing Integration , you will lead the team to:

• Seamlessly manage marketing for sales events, new store openings, and divisional events, and represent Marketing corporately
• Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the department, and represent the department's interests cross-functionally
• Ensure the department has the functional, clean, and organized tools that they need when they need them
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
