Marlin Spring is a Toronto-based real estate investment firm which strategically acquires, develops, constructs and repositions residential assets throughout North America. Since 2013, Marlin Spring has seen substantial growth having acquired over 30 residential projects, consisting of over 8,600 residential units which are currently in various stages of development, construction repositioning and completion across Canada and the United States. Marlin Spring is an active investor in both development and the multifamily residential sector and has an extensive team of real estate professionals involved in all aspects of the acquisition, development, construction and asset management of its portfolio.


In your new role reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will manage the marketing of multiple low-rise and mid-rise developments, from brand development and product design through to final closing.


  • In this role, you will develop marketing strategies to compliment the revenue and absorption positioning of the project(s) and deliver comprehensive pre-sales reports on buyer/investor profiles, area profiles and competitor offerings to ensure brand positioning is in line with anticipated buyer profile(s).
  • You will liaise with marketing agencies and media outlets on media planning, branding and support collateral to facilitate the sales program.
  • You will implement, analyze and track traditional and digital engagements and monitor the CRM details. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure all deliverables are fully achieved and executed.
  • You will also build and oversee the digital marketing side of the department including social media and digital advertising.

In This Role, You'll Be Working With:

The candidate will report to the Director, Sales and Marketing and help to grow the in-house marketing division.

You are familiar with low-rise and condominium marketing and have experience liaising with brokerages, third-party suppliers, agencies, architects, construction teams, designers and land development professionals.
