Bell Mobility is seeking a data driven, organized and creative individual to join the Consumer Marketing Team as a Marketing Campaign Specialist. If you have experience working cross-functionally, analyzing and data applying learnings to develop a 4 P marketing plans, this role is for you.

Supported by the Senior Manager of Consumer Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling acquisition campaigns that drive traffic, increase website visits and convert customer touchpoints into new activations. You'll be a key player in working with the tech industry's biggest names including Samsung, Huawei, and Apple, to plan & execute the marketing for new product launches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define, develop, and execute acquisition campaigns from end to end (includes opportunity sizing, targeting, segmentation, brief writing, creative review, and post mortem analysis) to accelerate sales
  • Partner with key cross functional teams and business units to bring campaigns to market
  • Work with pricing team to create attractive, relevant, and cost effective offers that drive sales
  • Regularly measure campaign performance and consumer trends to report against objectives and uncover growth opportunities
  • Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to drive buy-in from all levels of the organization
  • Manage the marketing calendars and lead in-market execution to ensure the team stays on track (mass, in-store and online)

THE MUST HAVES':

  • University degree or College Diploma (marketing focus preferred)
  • 3-5 years experience in progressive a marketing and/or sales position
  • Creative and passionate; ready to pitch new ideas to drive the business forward
  • Experience developing, executing and measuring acquisition marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills; must have the ability to assess data and apply learnings to improve performance
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and you're comfortable presenting
  • Experience working with multiple partners; ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong initiative, exceptional attention to detail, superb organization skills supported by curiosity and innovation mindset

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
