Assistant(e) marketing et promotion

RESPONSABILITÉ :

Sous la supervision du Manager, Publicity & Promotions, l’Assistant(e), Marketing et Promotion contribuera au succès du département en collaborant à différents projets et étapes de la mise en marché de films en salle à l’échelle québécoise et canadienne.

  • Assister dans la coordination des visionnements promotionnels au Québec et au Canada
  • Déployer les initiatives de promotion sur le terrain avec les partenaires locaux à travers le Canada
  • Maintenir à jour l’inventaire des éléments requis pour la promotion sur le terrain
  • Soutenir l’équipe dans l'organisation d'évènements spéciaux (premières, activations terrain, etc.)
  • Support clérical à l’équipe marketing et promotion
  • Autres tâches connexes

 EXIGENCES :

  • Parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, parlé et écrit
  • Connaissance du marché canadien
  • Formation en marketing, en communication ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Intérêt et connaissances de l’industrie du cinéma et de ses tendances
  • Sens de l’organisation et capacité à prioriser une forte charge de travail avec des délais serrés; flexibilité et bonne capacité d’adaptation aux changements
  • Passionné, créatif et confiant; capacité à collaborer
  • Souci du détail

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the Manager, Publicity & Promotions, the Assistant, Marketing and Promotions will contribute to the success of the department by collaborating on different marketing projects and campaigns for theatrical releases, in Quebec and Canada.

  • Assist with coordinating promotional screenings in Quebec and Canada
  • Coordinate field promotion activities with local partners across Canada
  • Update material inventory for field promotions
  • Assist the Marketing Team with special events organization (premieres, field promotions, etc.)
  • Provide clerical support to the Marketing and Promotions Team
  • Other related tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
  • Marketing, communication or related work experience
  • Knowledge of the Canadian film market and trends
  • Interest and knowledge in cinema
  • Organization skills and an ability to prioritize a heavy workload, work under tight deadlines while being flexible and adaptable to change
  • Passionate, creative, confident with the ability to work in a team setting
  • Attention to detail
