Alithya is looking for the right candidate to produce web content for our new website. The ideal individual will possess strong writing skills and a keen sense of verbal style, digital technology knowledge and a positive team attitude. As the Web Content Writer’s, you will be part of the communications department for a period varying from three (3) to six (6) months, responsible for developing B2B user-focused content that is fully optimized, searchable, accessible and on brand.
DETAILED ROLE:
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, brainstorm content solutions
- Produce web content in English based on existing material and/or interviews with subject-matter experts
- Ensure SEO best practices and specific requirements are applied to any content
- Coordinate the efforts of the different writers involved in the website project
- Ensure overall standardized tone and manner
- Provide, when needed, editorial support to the marketing and communications department
- Ensure that all content material reflects Alithya’s philosophy and quality standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Languages, Marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years’ experience in Web Marketing writing in the IT industry
- Impressive marketing writing skills
- Perfect mastery of spoken and written English
- Solid knowledge of web writing tactics for SEO
- Knowledge of Digital Technology and Enterprise Solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle applications is an asset
- Strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
