We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in developing and managing marketing programs, supporting business objectives, managing and generating lead acquisitions, fostering customer retention, executing business development strategies, providing sales support, and growing brand recognition and awareness.

  • Create, implement and manage the marketing strategy to achieve company objectives;
  • Prepare and adhere to marketing budget;
  • Responsible for all marketing project management;
  • Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image and identity through all channels;
  • Develop and lead a marketing team consisting of but not limited to graphic designers, coordinators, interns, etc.
  • Develop and execute marketing and branding objectives to position business as innovator and leader in the industry;
  • Work closely with sales team to plan for and execute required material for all promotional activities (tradeshows, client meetings, career fairs, etc.);
  • Analyze market trends and make appropriate recommendations;
  • Gather and analyze customer insight through visits to current and potential clients;
  • Create and implement promotional campaigns;
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and track results;
  • Develop and manage the creative process for all marketing materials including print, digital marketing, etc.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining work relationships with design agencies;
  • Determine and execute marketing needs pertaining to new product launches;
  • Maintain effective internal communications with various departments to ensure that marketing objectives are understood;
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify strategic partnership opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor in Marketing, MBA and Asset;
  • 10+ years experience in similar managerial role;
  • Previous experience in Fire Safety Industry, an asset;
  • Excellent relationship building skills;
  • Strong analytical, project management and presentation skills;
  • Ability to lead and be creative under pressure;
  • Strong communications skills, written and spoken, in both French and English;
  • Creative with a strong marketing acumen.
