SOMMAIRE DES FONCTIONS
Gère la préparation du matériel promotionnel associé à chaque projet, notamment les principaux textes et éléments graphiques requis pour produire du matériel promotionnel en fonction des auditoires cibles et de la stratégie de la Division distribution, communications et marketing (DCM). Coordonne les entrées et changements et voit à l’achèvement du produit, crée une planification et un échéancier en collaboration avec la Production, les Communications, la Distribution, les Services linguistiques et les Services graphiques, à l’interne et à l’externe; effectue d’autres tâches au besoin.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • En collaboration avec les agents de mise en marché, et ce pour tous les projets qui lui sont attribués, amorce et supervise la production des principaux textes, soit les synopsis, biographies, phrases accroches, etc., et des principaux éléments graphiques aux fins d’utilisation par les services du marketing, de la publicité et de la distribution.
  • Élabore un échéancier et coordonne l’exécution du matériel marketing notamment les affiches, les invitations, la publicité, les circulaires, les bannières Web, les actifs Web et autre matériel requis.
  • Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes appropriées pour assurer le contrôle de la qualité du contenu et de l’image, mais demeure le seul ou la seule responsable de la gestion et de la coordination du matériel promotionnel en ligne et hors ligne.
  • Assure la coordination et l’exécution du travail des rédacteurs et des graphistes pigistes; veille à obtenir l’approbation de tous les intervenants et de l’agent de mise en marché.
  • Fournit à tous les services et secteurs (Communications, équipe des médias sociaux, Distribution, etc.) le matériel nécessaire pour faciliter la mise en œuvre des plans.
  • Aide à obtenir les photos de plateau directement de la production ou par l’entremise des agents de mise en marché.
  • Veille à ce que tous les documents d’information se rapportant aux descriptions, aux images ou à la livraison de matériel soient à jour.
  • Communique et fait circuler l’information et le matériel pertinents à la Production, au Marketing, à la Distribution, au Festivals, aux Communications, à l’équipe des médias sociaux, etc.
  • Responsable de l’archivage des éléments graphiques.
  • Gère le calendrier de production pour tout le matériel promotionnel en cours de fabrication.

EXIGENCES DE L’EMPLOI

  • Diplôme collégial en administration avec spécialisation en marketing (idéalement) et
    Cinq (5) ans d’expérience pertinente, idéalement en coordination d’activités promotionnelles.
  • Solides connaissances en marketing et facilité à suivre les étapes de la mise en marché.
  • Connaissance de Photoshop est un atout.
  • Connaissance des différents formats de production existants (tant sur les plans sonores que visuels), des pratiques concernant le Web et les productions interactives, de même que des normes techniques de l’industrie, est un atout.
  • Intérêt pour les nouvelles tendances et les pratiques exemplaires en matière de marketing.
  • Capacité à communiquer oralement et par écrit dans les deux langues officielles ​​(français et anglais). Une bonne connaissance de la grammaire française et anglaise est exigée.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Manage preparation of the promotional material for each project such as key graphic and text elements required for marketing material production according to target audiences and taking into account the Distribution-Communication-Marketing (DCM) strategy. Coordinates input and changes, as well as completion of product for the market, creates a critical path and schedule in collaboration with Production, Communication, Distribution, Linguistic and Graphic services internally and externally; performs other duties as requested.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In collaboration with Marketing Managers on all assigned projects, initiate production and supervise writing of key text including synopsis, bios, cut-lines etc., and key art for use by marketing, publicity and distribution;
  • Develop a timeline and coordinate the completion of marketing materials including posters, invitations, advertising, flyers, web banners, web assets and other promotional material as necessary;
  • Work closely with the appropriate teams to ensure quality control of content and image but remain solely responsible for management and coordination of promotional materials online and offline;
  • Ensure completion and coordination of the work of freelance writers and graphic artists; sign-off from all stakeholders and approval by Marketing Manager;
  • Provide all departments (Communications, Social Media team, Distribution, etc) with the necessary materials to facilitate implementation of plans;
  • Assist in obtaining stills via production or in collaboration with Marketing Managers on photo shoots;
  • Ensure that all informational documents related to descriptions, images or material delivery are up to date;
  • Communicate and circulate relevant information and materials to Production, Marketing, Distribution, Festivals, Communications, Social Media, etc.;
  • Responsible for archiving the graphic elements;
  • Manage a production schedule for all promotional materials in progress.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma in administration, with an specialization in marketing (ideally) and five (5) years’ relevant experience ideally in promotional coordination.
  • Strong marketing knowledge and ease to follow the stages of marketing.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is an asset.
  • Knowledge of different existing production formats (both in the sound of the image), Web and interactive practices as the industry technical standards is an asset.
  • Interest in emerging trends and best marketing practices.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in both official languages ​​(French and English). Good knowledge of French and English grammar is required.

PERSONAL QUALITIES

  • Rigor, thoroughness, ability to develop strong relationships both internally as well external as the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Sense of initiative, organization, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, to meet targets and timetables.
