Spécialiste des voyages vacances, l’agent ventes et service sera responsable de répondre aux appels des clients pour toutes questions relatives aux produits Europe de la marque Transat ainsi que d’assister les clients avant et pendant leurs séjours.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Répondre aux appels entrants des clients externes (B2C);
  • Conseiller les clients quant aux caractéristiques des différents produits correspondant à leurs besoins et procéder à la réservation;
  • Promouvoir les produits de la marque Transat (forfaits, hôtels, vols, voitures, excursions, sélection de sièges, etc.);
  • Traiter les demandes de modifications aux dossiers de réservations;
  • Agir à titre d’expert utilisateur pour les clients naviguant sur nos sites Internet;
  • Assurer le suivi auprès des clients concernant les dossiers en cours;
  • Acheminer les documents aux clients.

INFORMATIONS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES :

  • Début en poste: Lundi 11 février 2019;
  • Formation: 3 semaines;
  • Horaire de travail: Temps plein (37.h à 40h) ou Temps partiel (30h à 37.49h);
  • Le Centre de relations clients est ouvert 7 jours par semaine de 7h00 à 23h00; l’agent doit être disponible les soirs et la fin de semaine;
  • L’horaire de travail est confirmé un mois à l’avance;
  • Le lieu de travail est le 300 Léo-Pariseau, Montréal;
  • Possibilité de télétravail après quelques mois selon certaines conditions.

EXIGENCES

  • Minimum d’un (1) an d’expérience en service clientèle ou en tourisme;
  • Formation en tourisme (un atout);
  • Bilingue (français et anglais), à l’écrit et à l’oral;
  • Expérience dans un environnement centre d’appels (un atout);
  • Excellentes aptitudes à utiliser et à naviguer à travers diverses applications informatiques;
  • Connaissance des systèmes de réservation tels RADIXX, SIREV, TTS and Datalex (un atout);
  • Fortes aptitudes en vente et en service à la clientèle;
  • Fortes aptitudes organisationnelles et minutie;
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement changeant et rapide;
  • Certification OPC/TICO (un atout).

PURPOSE

As leisure travel experts, the sales and service agent will answer phone calls from and answer any questions they have about Transat Europe products in addition to assist passengers prior and during their vacation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming calls from external customers (B2C);
  • Inform clients about the products features corresponding to their needs and proceed with the reservation;
  • Promote Transat products (e.g., packages, hotels, flights, cars, excursions, and seat selection);
  • Process modifications in reservations files;
  • Act as an expert user and help customers navigating on our websites;
  • Follow up with clients on current files;
  • Send travel documents to the clients.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Start date: Monday, February 11th, 2018
  • Training: 3 weeks
  • Work schedule: Full time (37.5h to 40h) or Part time (30h to 37.49h)
  • The customer relations centre is open 7 days a week from 7.00 a.m. to 11 p.m. Agents must be available to work both evenings and weekends.
  • Work schedules are set one month in advance.
  • The work location is 300 Leo-Pariseau, Montreal.
  • Possibility to work from home after a few months and under some conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or tourism;
  • Tourism diploma (an asset);
  • Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken;
  • Call centre experience (an asset);
  • Proficiency in using and navigating various IT applications;
  • Knowledge of reservation systems such as RADIXX, SIREV, TTS and Datalex (an asset);
  • Exceptional selling and customer service skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • OPC/TICO certification (an asset).
