Sales Account Executive - Quebec City

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Neopost logistics and mail management hardware and software solutions.
  • Intensely cover its territory of assignment to reach or even surpass its monthly sales quotas.
  • Renew continually its pool of potential customers within its territory.
  • Knowing the fingertips Neopost mail processing solutions.
  • Make use of your business opportunities in your territory of assignment.
  • Build and maintain profitable and sustainable relationships with the business community.
  • Maintain a database of potential customers.
  • Accurately complete all documents relating to the conclusion of sales and the negotiation of service contracts.
  • Write weekly and monthly forecast reports.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in direct sales to businesses, ideally in the office market.
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in the business world.
  • Dossier of achievements in the development of a territory of assignment and the sale of a diversity of goods and solutions.
  • Esprit d’analyse capable de lire les tendances du marché et de concevoir une stratégie de vente adaptée à son territoire.
  • Capacité éprouvée de bien gérer un processus de vente de logiciels (la capacité de mettre en place des solutions d’optimisation des pratiques commerciales est un plus).
  • Capacité d’entrer en contact des gens de tous les niveaux hiérarchiques, y compris des cadres, et de déterminer l’approche de vente appropriée selon son interlocuteur.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale assorties d’un talent pour négocier et convaincre.
  • Fort entregent doublé d’une capacité de tisser des liens serrés avec ses collègues et d’en tirer parti quand les circonstances l’exigent.
  • Approche consultative du service à la clientèle et expérience en analyse commerciale et en préparation de proposition d’affaires.
  • Sens des affaires, de l’éthique et du professionnalisme irréprochables.
  • Intelligence et débrouillardise dans son approche des situations problématiques à résoudre pour les clients.
  • Sens aigu de l’organisation et capacité de se mobiliser pour travailler vite et bien.
  • Maîtrise de l’informatique de base et capacité d’apprendre de nouveaux systèmes.
  • Détention d’un permis de conduire en règle et volonté de se déplacer au sein de son territoire d’affectation.
