Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, his/her functions consist in helping the marketing department achieve and surpass objectives, plan and coordinate marketing initiatives and contribute to increasing lead generation and marketing ROI with tradeshows, conferences, webinars, advertisements, and other activities. Description

  • Plan and coordinate marketing events such as tradeshows, user conferences, and more
  • Coordinate company sponsorships
  • Maintain the marketing contact lists and CRM with lead imports and ensure follow-up from the sales team
  • Create and send out occasional event-related communications
  • Propose, organize and coordinate webinars
  • Complete ROI reports for events, webinars, advertising placements, communications and other campaigns
  • Manage the production, inventory and distribution of promotional items
  • Proactively research and propose promotional items according to needs
  • Create or work with external graphic designers and other suppliers to create new marketing collateral such as videos, advertisements, handouts, and more, ensuring consistent messaging to encourage brand recognition
  • Coordinate and execute integrated campaigns for event-related activities
  • Maintain and create new booths, handouts, bannerstands, graphics, and other collateral
  • Plan and coordinate advertising placements
  • Research and propose marketing activities based on the marketing plan objectives
  • Ensure the sales and marketing tools, documents, and templates are maintained up to date
  • Develop content, creatives and promotional tools in collaboration with Communications & PR Coordinator
  • Maintain Jesta’s branding guidelines reference document and control the brand usage by internal and external parties
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the implementation and execution of a Co-Marketing Program
  • Coordinate and plan other marketing projects as necessary
  • Create, implement and maintain a Corporate Social Responsibility program
  • Support the team with budget and expense tracking

REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIALS:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written and presentation skills and strong research capabilities
  • Excellent level of English, written and spoken. Working knowledge of French.
  • Master the Office Suite Profile:
  • Exceptional organization skills, detail oriented and capable of managing multiple projects while respecting deadlines and budgets
  • Capacity to work autonomously or within a team – depending on project
  • Excellent communication skills including content development and editing
  • Must be comfortable working with different audiences, including international B2B clients
  • Ability to demonstrate originality and innovation while respecting available resources Other
  • Must be willing to travel for events or conferences when necessary (10%-20% of the time)
