Account Manager

Permanent Position: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm 37.5 hours/week

DESCRIPTION

ILO307 is a major Canadian Toys and Games Distributor based in Montreal, Qc. Our lines include Djeco, Repos Production, Blue Orange, Gameworks, Matagot and other top-selling publishers. We are looking for an Account Manager to support our continuing expansion into the Canadian market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote lines and share product knowledge, on the phone, with established clients
• Receive incoming calls and make follow-up calls to ensure a seamless flow of sales
• Support sales representatives efforts toward new and established clients
• Register and update client information into the database and computerized sales tools
• Contact clients to inform them of new releases and arrivals
• Develop a deep knowledge of our lines in order to build persuasive selling arguments
• Participate to Canadian Trade Shows and Gaming Events (sometimes on weekends)
• Remotely coordinate resources needed during gaming events across Canada
• Conduct any other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Highly motivated and target driven
• A strong autonomy track record
• Minimum of two years sales or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Toys and games industry experience preferred
• Must have a valid Driving Licence
