You must have experience driving sales through leading a team of inside salespeople of 8 currently, with plans for expansion. You must excel in coaching, growing, motivating, and holding your team accountable to their personal goals and understand how to tie them to the company goals. You must have grown sales teams successfully before and you have experience at leading both seasoned salespeople as well as guide new hires during their ramp-up.
You lead by example and understand how to help your team sell in a fast paced environment with top of the line products and services in a business to business environment. Experience with selling software, solutions, consultatively, business services or the US market is helpful, but not required. Technology is your friend both with products and with measuring your teams activities and behaviors. 
Strong English required (US market). You must have prior income of $90,000 and have desire to earn more.
