Le Gestionnaire Marketing Client -Consommation sur Place, est responsable du developpement et de l'execution des plans de marketing propres aux creneaux et aux clients. Comme le titulaire du poste collabore etroitement avec l'equipe des ventes et nos clients; il occupe une position cle qui lui permet de favoriser l'augmentation des revenus pour notre systeme, tout en nous appuyant notre objectif de devenir le fournisseur le plus prise de nos clients.

Assure l'analyse et l'execution de programmes et mesures de marketing propres au client au sein de son groupe de clients/sur son territoire; personnalise les programmes mondiaux et regionaux afin de les rendre propres au client ou a l'etablissement pour en maximiser la valeur; prend part a des programmes ou projets cibles afin d'atteindre des objectifs vises pour le client ou l'etablissement. Contributeur individuel qui a une comprehension approfondie de spheres precises; il est en mesure d'executer des projets tres complexes ou specialises

  • Tirer parti des initiatives de marketing nationales avec les clients.
  • Identifier et tirer parti des occasions de marketing propres aux clients et au creneau en priorisant et en capitalisant sur les perceptions du creneau, des clients et des consommateurs en les liants a la strategie de marque.
  • Collaborer etroitement avec ses pairs de CCL afin d'apporter des perceptions et initiatives pertinentes a l'organisation au Canada.
  • Developper et executer des programmes et promotions de clients et creneau qui tirent parti du mode de pensee des marques nationales et des perceptions des consommateurs, afin de favoriser une augmentation de la preference des consommateurs et de l'achalandage chez les clients.
  • Planifier et orchestrer la mise en marche des nouveaux produits et des prolongements de gammes afin de s'assurer de rencontrer ou depasser des objectifs precis de distribution, de prix, de rayonnage et de marchandisage.
  • Travailler avec les equipes des ventes au developpement, a l'execution et au suivi des plans de ventes pour la base de clientele dont il est responsable.
  • Participer activement au processus du plan de clientele annuel.
  • Apporter une forte acuite financiere a toutes les decisions commerciales et offrir une analyse posterieure afin de s'assurer que les objectifs sont atteints.
  • Travailler avec les equipes de ventes afin de presenter conjointement aux clients les initiatives importantes.
  • Aider les clients a atteindre leur potentiel en matiere de ventes et leurs objectifs en matiere de marketing en leur presentant des idees de marketing creatives.
  • S'occuper rapidement des problemes et des occasions avec les clients.
  • Batir des relations solides avec les representants en marketing chez nos clients majeurs.

REQUIS :

  • Detenir obligatoirement un baccalaureat, preferablement en administration des affaires ou en marketing.
  • Etre obligatoirement bilingue (francais et anglais).
  • Comptabiliser un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'experience dans une entreprise du domaine des biens de consommation emballes, de preference en gestion de la clientele et en marketing.
  • Savoir reconnaitre, comprendre et interpreter les comportements des consommateurs, les strategies de marque, les besoins des clients et du creneau, et transformer ces connaissances en actions et en resultats.
  • Posseder de l'experience en gestion de creneau et de clientele.
  • Posseder une connaissance des strategies de categories Coca-Cola est un atout
  • Demontrer des competences en matiere de leadership et d'influence.
  • Posseder des connaissances en matiere de marchandisage de marque.
  • Demontrer des aptitudes en matiere de pensee creative et strategique.
  • Posseder de bonnes aptitudes pour la communication orale et ecrite.
  • Etre en mesure de voyager environ 10 % du temps.

The Customer Marketing Manager (CMM) Food Service and On Premise (FSOP) is responsible for the development and execution of Customer and Channel specific marketing plans. Working closely with the sales team and our customers, the CMM plays a key role in driving revenue and profit for the System, while helping achieve our goal of becoming the Customer's most valued supplier.

Provides analysis and delivery of customer-specific marketing programs and actions within assigned customer(s) and/or geography; delivers customer- or property-specific applications of global or regional programs for customers to maximize value; participates in specific programs or projects to achieve targeted customer and/or property objectives. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.

  • Fully leverage national marketing initiatives with customers.
  • Identify and leverage customer-specific, and channel marketing opportunities through prioritizing and capitalizing on channel, customer, and shopper insights and linking to brand strategy.
  • Work closely (liaise) with CCL counterparts to bring relevant insights and iniatives to the Canadian organization.
  • Develop and execute channel and customer promotions/programs that leverage national brand ideas/thinking and consumer insights to drive increased consumer preference and customer activity.
  • Planning and orchestrating the introduction of new products and line extensions to ensure that specific distribution, pricing, shelving and merchandising objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Working with sales teams in the development, execution and follow - up of sales plans of assigned customer base.
  • Participate actively in the Annual Customer Plan process.
  • Provide strong financial acumen to all business decisions and provide post analysis to ensure goals are met.
  • Work with sales teams to jointly present major initiatives to customers.
  • Assisting customers in reaching sales potential on company products by offering creative merchandising ideas.
  • Handling customer issues/opportunities promptly
  • Building relationships with marketing contacts of key customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree required; Business or Marketing preferred
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Minimum five (5) years in a consumer packaged goods company, preferably in both customer management and marketing roles
  • Ability to recognize, understand, and interpret shopper behavior, brand strategies, channel and customer needs, and turn this knowledge into action and results
  • Previous Customer/Channel Management experience
  • Coca-Cola Channel business knowledge an asset
  • Demonstrated personal leadership skills and influencing ability
  • Brand merchandising knowledge
  • Demonstrated creative and strategic thinking ability
  • Effective oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%
