- Assure que la création, production et distribution de matériaux marketing sont faites dans un temps opportun
- Gère le calendrier marketing
- Agit comme la personne liaison entre les équipes créatives externes et la compagnie
- Supporte la Directrice marketing avec le contrôle de budget. Entre les PO et gère le paiement de factures
- Coordonne et assiste au développement / implantation de la publicité en région; relation avec les différents centres commerciaux, recrutement et divers concours.
- Planifie et coordonne les différentes étapes et outils se rapportant aux événements spéciaux.
- Collabore avec divers services afin de coordonner le lancement de nouveaux produits et le déploiement d'événements spéciaux qui visent à promouvoir la reconnaissance de la marque.
Exigences
- Baccalauréat en marketing
- Trois (3) à cinq (5) années d'expérience en marketing, préférablement dans l'industrie de la mode
- Excellentes aptitudes pour la planification et l’organisation
- Solides compétences en écriture créative
- Excellentes habiletés en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité à prendre des décisions et à s'adapter au changement
- Compétences en informatique : Microsoft Office, Explorer et In Design serait un atout
- Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais – parlé et écrit)
Description
- Ensures that the creation and development of marketing concepts and strategies supports the buying and selling process and conforms to corporate standards
- Ensures adequate and timely creation, production and distribution of all marketing support material that are pertaining to branding components, CRM activities and website projects
- Leads the hangtags/label/price ticket process working closely with the buying team and global sources
- Owns the maintenance and distribution of our marketing calendar
- Acts as a liaison between outside creative teams and the company
- Supports the Marketing Director in the control of the dept annual budget. Enters PO's and manages the payment of invoices working collaboratively with finance and accounting teams
- Organizes and executes marketing projects such as HR recruiting campaigns, hoarding for new stores, print advertising and events
- Works closely with Marketing Director and team on new ideas to grow sales
- Responsible for the coordination and execution of all customer contests
- Partners up with internal collaborators in securing various critical debriefing or presentation dates and/or facilitating follow up meetings with various partners in order to ensure efficient execution (deadlines, budgets, quality etc)
- Reviews proofs and mock ups before presenting in order to ensure accuracy
- Assist the Marketing director in preparing and leading the weekly production meetings
- Prepares recommendations for promotional activities and do the analysis when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience in Marketing, preferably in the Fashion Retail Industry
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong creative writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills
- Ability to make decisions and adapt to change
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Explorer and In Design is an asset
- Bilingualism required (French and English – spoken and written)
