MAIN JOB DUTIES

  • Ensure efficiency and profitability of the business intelligence, customer service, logistics, and information technologies departments.
  • Ensure the appropriate, accurate and timely development of tools (including the Customer Relationship Management System – CRM) ensuring they are in line with the company’s strategies and objectives. 
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of market data through the implementation of optimal work methods, well defined and observed validation processes.
  • Assume the role of leader in the analysis of the company's activities in a context of innovation and continuous improvement in support of commercial activities.
  • Establish and maintain relevant communication with internal and external clients to ensure business optimization.
  • Develop and implement an innovative and quality "customer experience". Assume the administrative management of the services offered by the sales teams
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity and quality of receiving, warehousing, ordering, preparation and transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Continuous improvement of the systems/tools in place through efficient project management with proper level of communication and coordination of multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Guarantee the quality of the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, including standardized operations and policies in line with defined needs and in collaboration with internal customers and Vetoquinol Group (DSI) guidelines.
  • Act as a member of the management committee, participate in the organizational diagnosis and propose means of action and/or changes to achieve the objectives and maximize the profitability of the commercial division and as needed, provide expertise and support to various development or improvement projects undertaken within other internal departments and the Canadian industrial division
  • Coach, coordinate and supervise the activities of his/her team in a safe work environment by ensuring the team optimization and performance with regard to missions and objectives. Contribute to the professional development of his/her employees.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

PROFILE / COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelors of business administration or management
  • 5 - 10 years’ experience as a manager
  • Strategic and global vision (multi-projects)
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence
  • Knowledge in data base concepts and management
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of OMNI-Channel an asset
  • Creative and innovative in regards to customer experience
  • Overall understanding  of IT
  • Overall understanding of logistics and warehousing
  • Experience developing analytical tools, and key performance indicators
  • Experience in project management
  • Pharmaceutical knowledge an asset
  • Sense of delegation, prioritization and organization
