MAIN JOB DUTIES

  • Update and ensure the integrity of the databases sales and marketing management tools and the CRM system.
  • Assist sales and marketing teams in achieving their objectives through data collection and first level validation, analysis and interpretation.
  • Provide operational support to the various departments for the proper management and maintenance of product prices.
  • Provide operational support to various departments for the proper management and maintenance of a product database.
  • Conduct critical and first level analysis.
  • Creation and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required for industry as the needs of the service evolve.
  • Design and implement innovative analysis tools consistent with the needs of other functions of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analysis or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in French and English (oral and written);
  • Mastery of Windows environment software (specifically Excel)
  • Experience in process management
  • Experience in sales and / or marketing data analysis
  • Experience in managing a CRM system
  • Sense of initiative / autonomy
