MAIN JOB DUTIES
- Update and ensure the integrity of the databases sales and marketing management tools and the CRM system.
- Assist sales and marketing teams in achieving their objectives through data collection and first level validation, analysis and interpretation.
- Provide operational support to the various departments for the proper management and maintenance of product prices.
- Provide operational support to various departments for the proper management and maintenance of a product database.
- Conduct critical and first level analysis.
- Creation and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required for industry as the needs of the service evolve.
- Design and implement innovative analysis tools consistent with the needs of other functions of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analysis or equivalent;
- Proficiency in French and English (oral and written);
- Mastery of Windows environment software (specifically Excel)
- Experience in process management
- Experience in sales and / or marketing data analysis
- Experience in managing a CRM system
- Sense of initiative / autonomy
