JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an organized individual who is proactive and able to find solutions to fit our customer’s needs. You must have great interpersonal skills and enjoy building effective client relationships. The selected candidate must have fantastic time management abilities and be able to identify priorities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain and manage existing customer accounts in the territory assigned (70% of role)
  • Onsite client visits (50% of time)
  • Responsible to increase sales within the account and be knowledgeable of all products/services we provide by promoting and “up selling” certain products to customers (30% of role)
  • Work in cohesion with several departments
  • Respond to many requests from our customers

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Five (5) to Seven (7) years’ experience in customer service
  •  Some sales experience required
  •  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  •  Bilingual, French, English
