This role reports directly to the CEO and has a seat on the Executive Leadership Team. You must have boardroom presence, be both a contributor and a collaborator, and perform to agreed-upon goals.
You must have prior success building, growing, developing and managing a sales force. You excel at sales coaching, sales selection, holding salespeople accountable and motivating salespeople. You are experienced creating and managing sales plans and budgets, as well as metrics, dashboards, pipeline, forecasts, and reports. You think strategically and focus on tactics. You are very motivated, work well independently and as part of a team, and are a self-starter.

You easily develop strong relationships with all stakeholders. Experience with big-box retailers, plumbing, lighting, furniture, distribution, US market, value selling, consultative selling or solution selling very helpful, but not required. Travel to 50%. You must have prior income of at least $150,000.
