Relevant du Gestionnaire principal, Marketing-Scores, le Gérant du marketing a comme principaux rôles ceux de développer, préparer et communiquer des concepts promotionnels innovateurs dans le but d’aider les franchisés à atteindre leur plein potentiel de ventes et de promouvoir la marque.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Participer au développement du plan marketing dans le cadre du processus de planification stratégique de la marque
- Participer au développement et à l’exécution du plan et des programmes marketing nationaux
- Analyser le rendement des promotions nationales et du lancement de nouveaux items
- Assister le Directeur marketing dans la planification et l’achat média
- Bâtir de solides relations d’affaires avec l’agence de publicité, partenaires médias et autres services internes
- Collaborer au processus de création avec l’agence publicitaire et/ou la conceptrice graphique interne
- Assurer l’intégrité de l’identité de la marque en communication
- Accompagner le Directeur du développement culinaire dans le développement et l’évaluation de nouveaux produits
- Mener la stratégie de prix de la marque en fonction de l’offre du marché et des objectifs de rentabilité de la marque
- Effectuer une vigie concurrentielle
- Superviser les activités quotidiennes de la coordonnatrice de marketing local
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe à la demande de la direction
PROFIL
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire ou collégial en marketing ou l’équivalent
- Posséder cinq (5) ans d’expérience reconnue en gestion de projets marketing, préférablement dans l’industrie de la restauration et/ou de l’alimentation et/ou de la vente au détail
- Posséder des compétences reconnues en gestion de projets ainsi qu’en communication orale et écrite et être innovateur
- Travailler efficacement dans un environnement en constante évolution
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office et des systèmes d’information
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), essentiel

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – Scores, the Marketing Manager’s main duties are to develop, prepare and communicate innovative promotional concepts to help franchisees achieve their full sales potential and promote the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the development of the marketing plan as part of the brand strategic planning process
- Participate in the development and execution of the national marketing plan and programs
- Analyze the performance of national promotions and the launch of new items
- Assist the Director of Marketing with media planning and buying
- Build solid business relationships with the advertising agency, media partners and other internal services
- Collaborate to the creative process with the advertising agency and/or the internal graphic designer
- Ensure that all communications respect the integrity of the brand identity
- Work with the Director of Culinary Development in the development and evaluation of new products
- Manage the brand pricing strategy based on the offer of the market and the brand profitability objectives
- Ensure monitoring of commercial competition
- Supervise the daily activities of the Local Store Marketing Coordinator
- Undertake any other related duties as requested by Management
PROFILE
- University or College degree in marketing or equivalent
- Five (5) years of proven experience in marketing project management, preferably in the restaurant and/or foodservice and/or retail sales industry
- Strong skills in project management as well as oral and written communication and be innovative
- Work effectively in a changing environment
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and information systems
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential
