Our business is growing exponentially and we just launched a new Marketing Agency. The agency will be Headquartered in Montreal to serve both the parent company and all of its brands as well as serving the role of third party marketing agency to outside clients in the industry in which we operate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

As our Social Media Manager you will play an important role in growing our social media Presence.This position is both strategic and tactical and the right candidate will get in on the ground floor with potential for huge growth.

You will build, manage and coach, a team of social media experts to create content, digital assets and great story telling for our brands. You will work in collaboration with the entire marketing, ecommerce, and business development teams. Primary responsibilities include, ensuring brand recognition is maximized on existing and emerging social media channels. Activate campaigns to drive conversion to website as well as creating a sense of community for each brand. Create brand evangelists with influencers, bloggers and develop user generated content. Analyze results, and react quickly.

The Social Media Manager, must be able to come up with marketing initiatives and follow through to completion, acting as a support and liaison for all our brands and external clients. Understanding the current state of paid social and community management is required but bleeding edge thinking is expected.

SKILLS YOU BRING

  • Must have min 5 years’ experience in social media in an Agency or Multi brand corporation
  • Experience in the luxury space
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great knowledge of social media, Facebook, Instagram , SnapChat, etc
  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop illustrator
  • Knowledge of InDesign an asset
  • Knowledge of in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Flash an asset
  • Work well as a team as well as independently
  • Work well under pressure and with constant deadlines
  • Bilingual (English & French) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
