Position Overview

As Administrative Support, you will be working as a part of a multi member Team helping their clients achieve their financial goals & life planning needs. This entry level position can be challenging and rewarding; with room to grow and develop in an ever-changing professional industry. You will have the tools and resources available that allow you to be successful in your role and provide a needed balance between career and family.

Job Requirements & Skills

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft programs with attention to detail a necessity
  • Ability to develop, implement and maintain an electronic scanning structure
  • Maintain confidential client data records via our CRM
  • All general office duties as needed (i.e., scanning, filing, packaging of client copies & mailing, managing of client marketing lists, etc.)
  • Provide support as needed & required throughout the Team
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage one's time & employment requirements

Education

Grade 12 at minimum, financial industry and/or administrative experience will be an asset
