Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Note :- - 5+ Years experience in a CORPORATE recruiting environment with FULL LIFE CYCLE RECRUITING responsibility, IT recruiting experience

Job Description : -

We are looking for a senior IT recruiter who will support the delivery teams objectives by acquiring top talent for our clients primarily in Canada. The successful candidate will be open to the challenges of recruiting for a wide range of skills and abilities to support our clients projects. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative and offers plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. This is a 100% remote opportunity.


  • Consult with management to identify hiring requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills
  • Review job descriptions and develop into internal/external job postings
  • Source, recruit and screen/interview qualified candidates
  • Provide information and job opportunities to potential applicants
  • Assess talent and skills of applicants
  • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing/tracking candidates.


  • Familiarity with compliance laws and recruiting best practices
  • 5+ Years experience within a human resource staffing function
  • 5+ Years experience in a CORPORATE recruiting environment with FULL LIFE CYCLE RECRUITING responsibility, IT recruiting experience
  • Past experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required
  • Advanced sourcing techniques and proficient in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn
  • Competency with PC software tools including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of state/federal labor laws and guidelines including EEO
  • Preferred skills
  • Experience recruiting for Canadian Federal government positions in the Ottawa region
  • Experience recruiting for GIS and MS Dynamics skills
  • Language skills - English mandatory, French is preferred

  • Education/Credentials: Bachelor of Arts/Science in Business, Human Resources, Engineering or related field desired
