Role Description :

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of direct response (both digital and print) marketing tactics and strategies to meet the unique dynamic of voluntary group insurance products.

Their Key Responsibilities and performance requirements:

General Requirements:

Collaborate and communicate with Account Executives, provide support and expertise in meetings with clients.

Subject Matter Expert for Business Improvement or Support Missions. Participates in quarterly control testing.

Coordinate and cooperate with management on LOB initiatives and major product launches.

Experienced in project-based work and demonstrates capabilities in organizing meetings (weekly, monthly) follow-ups and recommendations with respect to deadlines.

Participant in multiple projects and missions.

Can produce concise documentation and presentations which LOB wide considerations.

Create effective, professional marketing communications across various mediums designed to sell or promote products.

Can communicate at multiple levels in a professional manner to research a road-block, solve an escalated scenario with an internal or external partner or further progress a project.

High degree of adaptability and can pivot as needed.

Demonstrate responsible autonomy in day to day work & interactions.

Experienced be called upon to act as a team lead in certain specific work projects.

Train staff members, verify and approve work done by others.

50%: Campaign Co-ordinator:

Manage complex campaigns for unique groups, new products or new offers. Create processes for efficient execution of campaigns, train and verify the work of other staff members.

30% Development and Analysis of Marketing Campaigns, Product Development and Sales Strategies:

Creation of marketing strategies and tactics to achieve divisional objectives.

Provide direction and feedback to designers in the creation or modification marketing materials.

Analyse campaign performance, make recommendations for improvement, implement tactics to improve performance.

Create marketing communication plans to launch new products.

Increase customer lifetime value through cross-sell and upgrade tactics

Prepare marketing plans for key accounts.

20% Content Creation

Copywriting for various platforms/mediums: websites, social media, sales collateral, brochures, proposals, presentations, sales letters, email copy etc.
