A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long term revenue growth. Our Sales and Marketing Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC's brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace. The successful candidate will support our Tax FS Industry team's business development efforts using their expertise in PwC's business development methodology, sales operations and enablement, as well as marketing and sales campaign support. This role will specifically support our Tax FS Industry team.

Purpose-led work you'll be part of

As a Tax Sales Coordinator you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist Tax market leaders in developing their market strategy. Provide ongoing support in the execution of the business plan, report on KPIs, share best practices

Assist the Lead Tax Partners you support in driving their overall business development strategy and advise them on sales cadence, approach to strategic priorities, best practices and firm standards

Organize and manage ongoing meetings related to business development, including management of the opportunity funnel and other reporting as needed

Actively follow up on business development activities, leads, and opportunities with client teams, ensuring timely completion

Be a champion of the firm's CRM system (Salesforce), advocate for its effective use, and support practice staff with advice and assistance on best practices

Develop a deep understanding of marketing campaigns and in conjunction with the business, ensure that all success factors are in place to drive desired outcomes

Coach teams on use of Pursuit (PwC's business development methodology) to progress opportunities through the sales cycle

Work closely with the Marketing team to share client intelligence

Attend relevant industry and PwC events, network with clients and targets, and build relationships

Additional responsibilities may be assigned depending on the needs of the Tax Markets team

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

A successful track record in providing effective sales support in a B2B environment

Strong technical skills in Salesforce, experience with Google for work an asset

Effective project management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

A proven ability to confidently build and maintain strong relationships at different levels within an organization.

Work well both independently and in a team environment.

Experience in Professional Services an asset

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
