Position: Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full Time Permanent

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Language Requirements: English

Location and Working Conditions: Incumbent works out of our Richmond, B.C. office (due to COVID-19, this position is work from home until further notice)


This dual function position will report to the Brand Manager, Marketing and will play an important role by coordinating and creating marketing materials to support the business. The position will be responsible for, but not limited to, designing, and executing customer monthly specials, creating specialty catalogues, handling consumer and customer marketing inquiries, overseeing and executing the retail sample and truck ad programs, and managing the image database. This position will work closely with our marketing and communications team and cross-departmentally with our sales and SRM teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and design monthly specials booklet including creation and publication (digital and print).
  • Coordinate and design bi-annual specialty catalogues for various regions and language requirements with cross-departmental input.
  • Ownership of the retail sample box program including booking ad requirements, coordination of product, project budget tracking and billing.
  • Manage truck ad program including ad booking requirements, communication between vendor and customers, budget tracking and billing.
  • Monitor Marketing and Brand+ email inboxes, responding to consumer and customer inquiries.
  • Create improved filing system for image database and ensure its maintained.
  • Support additional internal and external marketing and graphic design requests as required.
  • Performs other relevant job duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Education and/or Certifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or Graphic Design or an equivalent combination of training and experience.


  • Minimum five (5) years work experience within B2B or B2C marketing department or agency environment
  • Consumer Packaged Goods experience an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent graphic design skills in Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) , specifically in designing page layouts
  • Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and overall superior quality of work.
  • Creative and artistic
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
  • Possess ability to work in cooperation with others to achieve desired results.
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to deliver high quality, creative work while multi-tasking to manage deadlines.

Physical Environment / Demands:

  • Some travel to trade shows may be required.
  • This is a remote position so ability to work from home is required.
  • Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal.
