Talent Acquisition Manager, Sourcing and I & D

As the Manager, Talent Acquisition - Sourcing and Inclusion & Diversity, you will be responsible for sourcing talent for roles critical to the business needs and strategy with a focus on inclusion and diversity. You will also lead the activation and execution of the talent acquisition Inclusion & Diversity strategy.

What you will be doing:

Develop innovative and comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels including sourcing campaigns, referral generation, and other creative channels to support hiring goals

  • Leverage critical platforms to source and attract diverse and exceptional talent
  • Support diversity goals by creating and maintaining diverse talent pipelines and building relationships with variety of partners supporting marginalized communities
  • Monitor recruitment sourcing methods and provide recommendations to improve applicant attraction.
  • Suggests innovative solutions to sourcing challenges and competitive intelligence from those efforts.
  • Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies.
  • Create measurements/reporting around output, the impact of talent sourcing methods in a meticulous, data-informed manner to improve recruiting processes and provide ongoing transparency
  • Explore external partnerships and build relationships to add to diverse sources of talent
  • Maintain a database of external partnerships to track ROI
  • Track and report on wins and successes of TA diversity efforts and present to stakeholders, including leadership
  • Lead implementation of talent acquisition Inclusion & Diversity strategy and partner with our I&D Council to. build collaboration and ensure awareness
  • Research and develop frameworks, processes, programs and prepare recommendations to enhance talent acquisition inclusion and diversity strategy
  • Track progress against diversity targets and offer recommendations for improvement
  • Manage requisitions as needed, to include but not limited to: complete initial screening interview of potential candidates and reject non-relevant applications, prepare candidate profile for hiring manager following interview screen, submit short listed candidates to hiring managers for review, conducts candidate debrief session after interviews are completed and extends verbal, and written offers of employment to successful candidates.

What you bring to the role:

5 years+ experience in talent acquisition

  • Deep understanding and knowledge of best practices in recruitment, sourcing and strategic planning of candidate pipelines
  • Experience leveraging DEI principles and practices to foster an inclusive candidate experience in support of organizational diversity goals
  • Comfortable navigating with ambiguity and grey zones
  • Passion for talent acquisition and natural relationship building capability
  • Demonstrated skills and active involvement in Inclusion & Diversity initiatives
  • Self starter with insatiable curiosity, positive energy, strong influence skills and exceptional work ethics
  • Expertise in networking and sourcing using a variety of channels
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
