Job Description :
The Mergers & Acquisitions Marketing Manager role will be reporting directly to the Director of Acquisitions & Strategy at Jonas Software. This person will lead Acquisition related marketing activities for Jonas, including our website, email marketing, social media, and content strategy. The role is a dynamic position that will give you exposure to many different businesses at Jonas.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead the M&A Marketing team at Jonas Software with responsibility for setting the M&A Marketing Strategy and Roadmap
Responsibility of Jonas Software's website, jonassoftware.com, which includes analyzing and improving front end design as well as revising website digital content (SEO, newsletter subscriptions, website copy, etc)
Further our email marketing strategy to help build relationships with business to business software company owners
Generate thought provoking content on mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and software best-practices
Assist the Jonas portfolios and businesses with ad hoc marketing requests
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
4+ years of marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business or a related area of study or equivalent is required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. We're looking for a solid team player who's also an independent thinker
