The Sales Administratior/Systems Specialist is an individual whose responsibilities include maintaining the sales systems, preparing reports and analyses for the Director of Sales, as well as provide support to the Director of Sales and Sales team. Must be proficient in general computer knowledge. Highly organized, detail oriented, analytically minded, good oral and written communication skills are of utmost importance.


  • A post secondary diploma or degree in Hospitality or Event Management
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and keep others organized
  • Strong customer relations experience and ability to turn negative situations into a positive one
  • Must be comfortable talking on the telephone with colleagues and guests and making the service delivery a memorable experience
