An opportunity currently exists for a Full-time Community Relations Assistant/Marketing Assistant at The Trinity Lodge in Calgary, Alberta. This position is 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week. Hours of work may include evenings and weekends and may change due to operational requirements. Flexibility is a must.

The ideal candidate is responsible to support the sale of residential suites and assist with the marketing of the residence. Someone who brings lasting enthusiasm with a minimum of two years' experience in a related environment.

The winning candidate will have superior communication skills, able to communicate clearly and always with diplomacy. Being the person that is first to meet our customers, it is imperative that you make a positive first impression. You enjoy people and your interpersonal skills are highly developed. Being able to multitask and stay organized is your strength. Along with your superior people skills, you are experienced with various office software and administrative duties.

The position of Community Relations Assistant/Marketing Assistant is a very important role and requires a person with a winning attitude willing to meet high expectations. You genuinely enjoy working for our senior customers, their families, and Verve.
