Job Overview:

Wildpack is seeking an experienced full-time Sales Coordinator to provide sales support. We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking. This position will be responsible for preparing, administering and coordinating customer quotations, orders, contracts and specifications in an efficient manner. Assist in determining vendor availability, shipment discrepancies, and product information. Manage, track, and reconcile sales orders. Administer and coordinate sale of company products. The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Operational Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and monitor sales order integrity in the ERP system

Coordinate with production schedule and procurement functions regarding viability of new quotations

Interact with accounts receivable to resolve any discrepancies on sales orders

Validate deposit payments and apply them correctly to the sales orders

Confirm and release sales orders to scheduling once criteria is met

Process sales order changes upon request

Reconcile and close sales orders

Perform additional duties as directed by Operational Accounting Manager

Your Qualifications:

3+ years of sales coordinator experience is preferred

Manufacturing experience preferred

Comprehensive understanding of the sales cycles

Intermediate use of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook

Possess effective verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation

Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate high levels of self-initiation and direction

Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees, vendors, suppliers
