Avast is building on its strength and reach in consumer security and privacy by launching an Identity business cutting across consumers and businesses. It will do this by disrupting how people identify themselves, across both digital and physical domains and in both their personal and professional lives, ultimately breaking the trade-off of user friction and level of assurance.

To achieve this, we are looking for an experienced, self-starter Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Partner to support the Identity business within Avast in its high demand for top industry talent (technical, commercial, product roles).

To set up our business for success and meet the high demands for specialized talent, we need a stellar TA Partner / Recruiter to partner with hiring managers in the given location, strategize, engage, and bring the best talent into the growing Identity business.

What will you do:

TA partner leads positive interaction with the People Partner and People Director to influence accurate requisition creation in a timely manner.

Lead the briefing (Intake calls) with the hiring managers, providing relevant insights that will manage expectations of the business and set the search up for success.

Together with the hiring manager create the interview framework that will be used for the process.

Screen and interview candidates via Zoom or phone against the pre-determined interview framework created with Hiring Manager.

Presentation of candidates to the hiring manager

Engagement in Online and in-person events. Inside or outside of Avast.

Take candidates and Hiring manager feedback throughout the interview process.

360 (End-to-end) recruitment process

Provide positive candidate experience throughout the onboarding process - regular touchpoints to ensure a successful acquisition.

Requirements :

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or TA partner/specialist

Experience with any ATS system. (We use Workday)

Analytical mind, and result-driven personality

Experience with stakeholder management

Brilliant networking skills and ability to source the right candidate profiles

Out of the box thinking, ability to propose and execute creative strategies to engage the best talent

Ability to prioritize, set correct expectations, and manage high volume of open roles

Enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to cover a large region or geography and work with a certain degree of autonomy

Please note this is a limited full-time contract until the end of 2022 with a possible extension.
