About the Job

We are seeking a strategic leader for the team, who will support the growth pipeline by positioning our products, services and solutions to meet the needs of clients and prospects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deliverables and timelines of the team, ensuring quality and differentiation in our proposal process. This is a highly visible and critical role within our organization and will have a direct impact upon the growth of 24-7 Intouch.

The Senior Manager of Marketing will not only manage the response team, but will partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, People & Process, Compliance, I.T. and Legal. Oversee and manage the entire proposal process to strengthen our position in acquiring new clients from various industries, promoting a diverse set of services.

As Senior Manager, Marketing, You Will...

  • Customize current solutions to meet the needs of clients, and assist in the development of new products and solutions. Ensure all content is up to date through quarterly meetings with Subject Matter Experts
  • Lead the development of all prospect deliverables such as RFI, RFP, client presentations, site visits and client service expansion. Some clients require all deliverables while others require less
  • Create and monitor project timelines, people, and quality; to meet and exceed deadlines and deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work closely with the Growth, Design and senior leadership to develop key proposal deliverables
  • Track proposal success and ensure updates are properly captured in the weekly pipeline dashboard
  • Lead and manage a transformational team of coordinators and specialists focused on different client segments and product offerings
  • Analyze win/loss metrics; develop and propose new strategies to increase success rate
  • Identify key trends, scan market and competitive landscape and internal processes to drive best practises and process optimization

Requirements

As Senior Manager, Marketing, You Have...

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred and equivalent relevant experience will be considered
  • Experience working in a critical role in the proposal development process and B2B industry
  • General knowledge and understanding of BPO and/or Saas RFP is an asset
  • Demonstrate project and team management skills to multi-task and juggle many projects, initiatives and people at once
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Possess track record of thinking outside of the box along with strategic thinking skills
  • Proven track record of leadership
